Terms and Conditions of Service
This document constitutes the terms and conditions ("Agreement") governing the provision of internet services ("Services") by Netbridge Internet Solution Inc. ("Provider") to the subscriber ("Subscriber"). By using our Services, Subscriber agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below:
1. Service Description
Provider will provide internet access to Subscriber at the agreed-upon speed and bandwidth. The Service may include additional features such as email accounts, web hosting, and technical support, as outlined in the Subscriber's service plan.
2. Payment Terms
Subscriber agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the selected Service plan. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Provider reserves the right to change fees and billing methods upon notice to Subscriber.
3. Service Availability
Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service. However, Subscriber acknowledges that the Service may be subject to interruptions, downtime, and other technical issues beyond Provider's control. Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such interruptions.
4. Acceptable Use
Subscriber agrees to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to refraining from:
- Engaging in illegal activities, such as copyright infringement, hacking, or fraud.
- Transmitting or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful content.
- Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that may degrade the Service for other users.
Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate Service to any Subscriber found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use policy.
5. Data Privacy
Provider will collect and process personal data of Subscribers in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, Subscriber consents to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Subscriber must cease using the Service and return any equipment provided by Provider.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
9. Modification of Terms
Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to Subscriber via email or through the Provider's website. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Provider and Subscriber regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
By using the Service, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
